A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Huggins and the members of Baptist Union Missionary Church for the opportunity to provide CPR training today. It was truly inspiring to see everyone actively engage in learning these critical lifesaving skills.
Through the American Heart Association (AHA) Friends & Family CPR Course, participants gained hands-on experience in performing high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants. This course is designed for individuals who want to learn the basics of CPR but do not require a certification for work. It empowers community members with the knowledge and confidence to take immediate action in cardiac emergencies, potentially saving the lives of loved ones, friends, and even strangers.
