International Women’s Day | Honoring Women & Mental Wellness

Today we celebrate the strength, resilience, and compassion of women everywhere. Women often carry many roles—mothers, daughters, sisters, leaders, caregivers, and professionals—while continuing to show up for others day after day.

On this International Women’s Day, we also recognize the importance of women’s mental health. Too often women carry emotional burdens silently while caring for families, supporting communities, and leading in their workplaces.

Today is a reminder that your well-being matters too.
Rest is not weakness.
Asking for help is not failure.
Taking care of your mental health is an act of strength.

To the women who nurture others, advocate for change, break barriers, and still find the courage to keep going—we see you and we honor you.

Let today be a reminder for every woman to give herself the same care, grace, and compassion she gives to everyone else.

Strong women care for others.
Empowered women also care for themselves.

March is Women’s History Month — a time to honor the strength, sacrifice, wisdom, and leadership of women who have shaped our homes, our communities, and our nation.

From the women who marched for the right to vote, to the women who quietly hold families together, to the women building businesses and leading with integrity today — progress did not happen by accident. It happened because women showed up, stood firm, and refused to shrink.

This month, celebrate the women who paved the way.
Celebrate the women doing the work right now.
And encourage the young girls watching — they are next.

Let’s commit to:
✔ Supporting women-owned businesses
✔ Mentoring the next generation
✔ Speaking up in rooms where decisions are made
✔ Taking care of our mental health as fiercely as we take care of others

Strong women build strong communities — and strong communities build a better future.

Tag a woman who inspires you and tell her why. 🌸

💜 Respect Week | TDVAM 2026 💜

Real love is rooted in respect—for your boundaries, your voice, your perspective, and your peace. Next week, we’re having intentional conversations about what healthy love actually looks like and why respect is non-negotiable.

From setting boundaries to wearing orange in solidarity, every day is an opportunity to model, teach, and protect healthy relationships for our teens.

Because real love doesn’t control, pressure, or harm—it respects.

💜 Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month

Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month is a reminder that love should never involve fear, control, or harm.

Our teens deserve relationships rooted in respect, communication, and healthy boundaries. When warning signs are ignored, harm grows. When adults speak up, listen, and educate—lives change.

Protecting our youth means having honest conversations, setting clear standards, and refusing to normalize unhealthy behavior.

Healthy love is taught.
Safety is non-negotiable.
Silence is not an option.

Today we celebrate Rosa Parks, born February 4, 1913. Her quiet courage sparked a movement that changed America forever.
“To bring about change, you must not be afraid to take the first step. We will fail when we fail to try.”
On December 1, 1955, Rosa Parks took that first step by refusing to give up her bus seat in Montgomery, Alabama. Her act of defiance ignited the Montgomery Bus Boycott and became a defining moment in the Civil Rights Movement.
Mrs. Parks showed us that one person’s courage can inspire millions. She didn’t wait for someone else to act—she became the change she wanted to see.
On her birthday, let’s honor her legacy by asking ourselves: What’s our first step? What change are we willing to stand up for?
