Since MANA Family Medicine was established in 2016, Kelsey Phillips has been a cornerstone of the nursing team at the busy medical practice. Working alongside Dr. Karl Haws, Kelsey provides compassionate, professional care to the Springdale community, building long-term relationships that span generations of families. Kelsey is widely recognized for her ability to truly listen to her patients. By creating an environment where patients feel heard and valued, she ensures that every person who walks through the clinic doors receives a personalized and meaningful care experience.

For Kelsey, patient care doesn’t end when the exam is over. She is known for her hands-on approach and her dedication to patient safety and comfort, often personally escorting patients to ensure they are well-situated even after they leave the clinic. “Patients can see and feel her honest, caring nature, and that can make all the difference in their care experience. Kelsey is kind and patient, and I often get compliments on her professionalism.” – Dr. Karl Haws

We are so thankful for Kelsey's hard work, dedication, and care! Help us show her some appreciation in the comments below and visit https://loom.ly/wLzwW3E to read her feature in Our Health!

Alicia Scott’s journey in healthcare began right here in Fayetteville. Sparked by a healthcare class at Fayetteville High School, Alicia joined MANA Family Medicine South as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in 2006. Over the next 20 years, she demonstrated an incredible work ethic, putting herself through college and nursing school while working. After serving as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a decade, Alicia reached a new milestone in 2024 by becoming a Registered Nurse.

Having worked closely with Dr. Larry Tuttle for many years, she now brings her extensive experience and deep-rooted community knowledge to her work with Dr. Andrew Coppola. Alicia believes that effective medicine starts with a deep connection. While symptoms are easy to spot, Alicia focuses on understanding the person behind the patient. This empathetic approach allows her to treat the "whole patient" with the compassion and dignity they deserve. For Alicia, the most rewarding part of Family Medicine is the longevity of the relationships she builds. She provides care for entire families—from energetic grandchildren to patients over 100 years old.

“In Family Medicine, we get to care for generational families. I love getting to know them and helping them navigate the transitions that come with aging. It’s incredibly fulfilling to see the impact of that care over time.” – Alicia Scott, RN

Earlier this month, we had the privilege of being the starting line sponsor for the semi-annual Square 2 Square bike ride! 🚴‍♀️🍎 Fueling the ride from the start, we loved providing fresh fruit to keep riders energized on their journey from Bentonville to Fayetteville!

This event is always so much fun and a wonderful way to support health in our community. Thank you to everyone who helped out, to Friends of Bentonville Parks and Recreation, and to all the riders for stopping by our tent to say hi! 🙌

With nearly a decade of dedicated service at MANA, Cailey Rowlins is known for treating every patient with unwavering kindness and respect. A Huntsville native, Cailey’s passion for healthcare was sparked early by her grandmother, a Registered Nurse, and her mother, a CNA. By watching them work, she saw firsthand how quality care can transform a person's quality of life. Cailey’s journey in medicine began as an EMT while she put herself through nursing school. After joining MANA, she spent time as a float nurse in Family Medicine. After several years of working with Dr. Cheryl Hennigan, Cailey transitioned to Dr. Lauren Thompson’s team in 2023.

For Cailey, nursing is about more than just clinical tasks; it is about carrying forward a family tradition of service. She finds the most meaning in helping patients navigate their health challenges and being a source of comfort when they aren't feeling their best. "Cailey is an excellent nurse. She has been with MANA for almost a decade and always treats patients with kindness and respect." — Sheila Duncan, Clinic Manager

We are so thankful for you, Cailey! Let's show her some love in the comments, and visit https://loom.ly/koFxQWY to read her feature in Our Health magazine!
