We are now heading into a new season and with this change there
are many people who deal with seasonal affective disorder (SAD).
This is a type of depression that is related to changes in seasons.
This begins and end about the same times every year. Most people
start experiencing these symptoms in the fall and continue in the
winter months. Massage therapy has been known to help those who
suffer with this condition. Hot stone massages and aromatherapy

Delilah Leonium Beaseley born 1867 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was an amazing historian and journalist, during her best to make sure that the accomplishments of other African Americans were not erased from history. She published a book in 1919 called The Negro Trail Blazers of California. She also worked as a maid, trained as a her stylist, as well a massage therapist specializing in nursing care! There’s a lot more to this amazing woman look her up when you have the time.
