In the Greek, doula means servant, and in many ways that is my heart in being a doula. I want to serve pregnant women in anyway I can so that they can have the best birth experience possible. Doulas help provide information, emotional, and physical support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My role as a doula will look different which each client because every woman and family is differe

Private Childbirth and Breastfeeding Classes
Some couples are reluctant to attend classes with lots of other couples. I offer a private, in home session that allows couples to feel free to ask questions and get a better understanding of the birth and breastfeeding process. If you are interested in getting together a group I offer a group discount.
$150.00 for 3 hour class covering childbirth and breastfeeding basics or $100.00 per couple for group classes. Birth Doula
Once hired, I will be on call 24/7 for the remainder of your pregnancy and you can contact me with any questions or concerns. Once active labor begins, I can accompany you at your home and/or hospital providing you support throughout labor, birth, and early postpartum. After birth, I will ensure that you are settled and feeding is going well. 7-10 days postpartum I will check in to see how you are doing after birth and help you process everything. $400.00
Postpartum Doula
I can help you out anyway I can once you come home after having a baby. Whether that is looking after older children, taking care of the baby so you can rest, cooking or cleaning, I am there to support you however I can. $20.00/hour
