A great snap shot of how to review supplements for yourself. I look at most labels and immediately put things back down by following these guidelines. I tend to stick to brands or companies I already know, but new good businesses do provide worthy products and I’m always willing to investigate. Something I’ll add to the list: most anything you find in a general supermarket supplements section is better left on the shelf!!
