Say hello to Chasity Stokes, our amazing HR Manager here at BrightStar Care! 💼💙

Originally from Crowley, Louisiana, Chasity made Northwest Arkansas her home in 2014. She began her healthcare journey just over a year ago, driven by a passion to help others—and we’re so glad she did! 🙌

Chasity joined BrightStar in April 2025, starting in scheduling and quickly rising to HR Manager thanks to her dedication and heart for people. 💪

Outside of work, she’s married to her husband Eli and is a proud mom to three awesome kids: Noah (17), Nevaeh (15), and Will (3). 🏡💖 Her family loves the great outdoors—especially kayaking, camping, and sunny lake days! 🚣‍♀️🌲☀️

🌟 CAREGIVER SPOTLIGHT! 🌟

Meet Leslie Askins!

Born in Columbia, MO, Leslie has called Southwest Missouri home since 2005.

💖 Leslie's caregiving journey began in 2000 when her mother-in-law was diagnosed with a brain tumor and required 24-hour care. That experience sparked her passion for helping others.

🩺 She later worked at a nursing home, where she earned her CNA certification, and has been a dedicated caregiver for 25 years.

She joined BrightStar Care in September 2021, bringing her experience and compassionate heart to every client she serves.

Outside of work, Leslie is married and a proud mom of four (ages 17 to 25) and recently became a first-time grandma! Her family also includes two dogs—a Chihuahua and a Border Collie mix—who keep life fun and lively. In her free time, Leslie enjoys being with her kids and grandbaby, cooking and baking in the kitchen, and tending to her plants and garden.

🌟 Caregiver Spotlight: Tiana Anderson 🌟

We’re proud to shine the BrightStar Care spotlight on one of our amazing caregivers, Tiana Anderson!

Originally from Tahlequah, Oklahoma, Tiana has been a part of the Northwest Arkansas community for 13 years. She began her journey in healthcare in 2023, inspired by her passion for helping others and making meaningful connections. Since joining the BrightStar Care team in January 2025, Tiana has consistently shown kindness, dedication, and a genuine love for the work she does.
Tiana is PCA-certified and currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in children’s education at Northeastern State University. Her compassion extends beyond her clients—she volunteers at the Fayetteville dog shelter and is a proud dog mom to Maxine the pug and Karl (with a K), her lovable pit bull.

When she’s not working, you’ll find Tiana swimming, painting, working out, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying a good movie at the theater.
