You will receive a text message from the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) within roughly 24 hours.

If you have a positive test result, you will also receive a secure message from a Pat Walker Health Center provider. The email will have a subject line of “You have an important message from PWHC,” and include a link to the Patient Web Portal ( From there you will be able to read your message and exchange messages with a medical provider.

[07/06/20]   As we prepare for Phase 3 of our Return to Campus plan, we are grateful for the hard work and dedication of our staff, the Arkansas Department of Health, and the Washington County Emergency Management teams for their collaborative efforts. We know our return to in-person campus activities will look different, but we are committed to helping keep our campus community safe and healthy.


If you plan to use rideshares or taxis, protect yourself and others from #COVID19 during your ride:

• Wear a cloth face covering, as able
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
• Use hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol after entering AND leaving the vehicle
• Avoid rides where multiple passengers outside your household are in the vehicle
• When you arrive at your destination, wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
