We will have 3 amazing Mental Health Therapist, discussing all topics of mental health in a fun but educating way. We will discuss all the things we were told to keep a secret…s*xual trauma, physical and mental abuse, anxiety, depression, and family related issues that have stunted our individual growth. How can we move forward if we don’t talk about all the things that have mentally damaged and hindered us over the years.? Ladies let’s stop putting our mental health on the back burner and start healing now! We will also have the amazing Sylvia Glanton will be sharing insight on business, entrepreneurship, motherhood, and mental health.
