Happy Sunday!
So I’ve never gotten personal on here. But yesterday was a great reminder that sometimes a personal wellness routine just isn’t enough. (I receeive routine massage, acupuncture, take supplements, eat healthy, & need to drink more water & exercise more). And sometimes you still crash & burn & need additional TLC. I’m getting mine & sharing it with my family this week.
Pics of my son crashing day 2 of learning a new sport. No pics of me horrifically wrecking 3x times, but here I am with extra self care.
