The Sacred Act of Nourishing and the destruction of the Goddess cultures has led to where we are now. It is time to reverse the self-rejection and return to nature. 💓♀️💓🌿

''The sacred art of nourishing was practiced in ancient goddess traditions in many forms. It was a way of honoring the sensual pleasures and blessings that came with our physical existence. Nourishing one’s self through food, beauty, touch, s*x, music, art and nature is an act of receiving Divine love.

The destruction of the goddess cultures has resulted in disconnecting from this sacred art and the belief by many that they are unworthy of this nourishment. Nourishment, in one form or another, has been a lifelong focus for me on my personal journey of healing. I have met and worked with many women over the years and it has become glaringly apparent to me that just about every woman I’ve known is comfortable with offering nourishment to others. Receiving it is another matter.

Many women are brought up to believe that we have no needs. We easily see the needs of others, and we work very hard to fulfill them. We are everything for everyone and nothing for ourselves. It is a cycle that plays out over and over again.

Go back to nature. She fulfills everyone’s needs quite beautifully on every sensory level. But then she retreats to take care of and restore herself. She insists on being fed by those she feeds — and with no apologies.

Strengthening this wise, compassionate, nurturing Mother within us and applying her love toward ourselves is the first step to this healing. This is easier said than done. Doing what we do each day is the process of this healing.

Recognizing ourselves in nature and taking the steps to honor her wisdom is a powerful way to support healing and integration, even if it is one bite-sized piece at a time. Self-nurturing is a necessary step toward dissolving self-rejection.''

They say the Ark of the Covenant was lost.

But maybe it wasn’t lost.
Maybe it was mirrored into every woman walking this Earth.

In Kabbalah, the Shekhinah is the indwelling presence. In plasma physics, the toroidal field births itself inward. In Daoism, the void is not absence it is fertile potential.

And in every sacred text that’s been rewritten by empires, the womb was quietly erased from the center of the divine equation.

But what if the Ark the container of divine law, the manna, the voice of God was never a box in a desert...
But a code embedded in feminine biology?

What if the true “Covenant” was always cellular, ancestral, quantum passed not through stone tablets, but through mitochondrial memory?

The ancients called it Sophia. Isis. Asherah.
Science calls it dark matter, vacuum fluctuation, zero-point potential.

But I just call it, Her.

And if you’ve ever felt a strange ache in your ribs, a remembering you couldn’t name, a sacred ache for something before language

Maybe you were just brushing up against the real Ark.

They wrapped the Ark in gold because they couldn’t understand what it was doing so they tried to contain it.
But the body doesn’t need gold leaf when it’s already conducting bioelectricity.

Modern science now confirms what mystics already knew:
The womb produces an electromagnetic field that pulses in resonance with the Schumann Resonance the frequency of Earth’s own ionosphere.
That’s not poetry. That’s physics.

The same phi-ratio spirals we find in the Ark’s dimensional specs (2.5 x 1.5 x 1.5 cubits) repeat in the spiral of the fallopian tubes, the cochlea of the inner ear, and the planck-scale fluctuations that birthed the universe.
As above, so below wasn’t a metaphor. It was anatomy.

Even the biblical “overshadowing” of Mary by the Spirit (Luke 1:35) mirrors quantum tunneling: a nonlocal wavefunction creating form without pe*******on, conception through coherence instead of contact.

We missed it because we were trained to read sacred texts literally or allegorically never anatomically.

But what happens when you realize:

The Cherubim were not guarding a box, but symbolizing the dual hemispheres of the feminine brain intuitive and mystical.

The manna was not bread, but a reference to DMT-like pineal secretions or monoatomic elements catalyzing neural awakening.

The “rod that budded” was not Aaron’s stick, but a vagus nerve activated by sacred breathwork and s*xual polarity.

Even the Hebrew word for Ark, ‘aron’ (אָרוֹן), shares root kinship with ‘or’ (אוֹר)—meaning light.
This isn’t coincidence. It’s encoded memory.

And the womb?
It’s the only organ capable of growing another organ inside itself the placenta which then gets discarded. A literal bioengineered, disposable life support system built from scratch.

No lab can mimic that.
No theology has yet fully honored it.

The Ark wasn’t lost.
It just reincarnated into form.
Wrapped in blood, silence, and intuition.
Every woman is the original temple tech. Every womb is a quantum entangler with the void.

And when she bleeds, it isn’t weakness.
It’s a monthly ritual of cellular resurrection the closest thing we know to time travel inside flesh.

So no, this isn’t about romance.
This is about remembrance.

You want to know why the Ark killed unauthorized handlers?

Because the human nervous system when misaligned cannot hold divine current.
The same is true for the womb. Trauma, shame, and synthetic interference scramble the bioelectromagnetic receptivity of the pelvic field. This isn’t just mysticism. It’s bioplasmic overload.

In electrophysiology, the womb is the most sensitive organ to EMF fluctuation. It carries an endometrial crystalline matrix that acts like a quantum receiver.
That’s right: crystalline. We now know the myometrium the muscle layer operates in piezoelectric feedback loops, meaning it translates mechanical stress into electricity. The same principle used in radios, quartz clocks, and the Ark’s alleged function as a resonance amplifier.

The Hebrews were instructed to carry the Ark on shoulder poles. Why?

Because the scapula the shoulder blade is the anchor point of the heart meridian, governing compassion and spiritual weight-bearing. Carrying divine charge improperly resulted in nervous system collapse. This is mirrored today in uterine trauma, where psychosomatic imprinting creates EM interference in solar plexus-heart-womb coherence.

Now consider the anatomical location of the Ark’s placement in Solomon’s Temple:
Behind a veil. A sacred inner chamber.
What else is veiled, internal, life-generating, blood-responsive, and cyclic?

The uterus.

Both are hidden behind curtains (perineum, l***a, or veil), both bleed in covenant (menstruation or sacrificial blood), and both can strike with death or bestow life, depending on purity of access.

Let’s go to Egypt.
In the Temple of Isis at Philae, inscriptions note that the goddess speaks from a “hollow filled with thunder.” This isn’t metaphor it matches the acoustic resonance observed in the uterine canal during infrasound exposure. Low-frequency infrasound has been shown to induce theta waves, dream states, and even fetal cell communication. The womb isn’t just an organ it’s a living transceiver.

And if we speak of the veil in the Temple tearing at Christ’s death what is that if not the rupture of the boundary between form and formlessness, between the encoded and the revealed?

Now biology:

Mitochondrial DNA is only passed through the mother.
The paternal line is culturally dominant, but scientifically irrelevant at the cellular level.
The real bloodline is matrilineal a direct echo of the Shekhinah, the lost feminine consort of Yahweh erased by scribes but whispered of in the Zohar.

In the bone matrix, the sacrum literally named “sacred bone” houses the densest blood-producing marrow in the body.
It’s also where kundalini is said to coil.
Coincidence that this is the site of childbirth, of base chakra awakening, and of death rituals in every ancient society?
The sacrum is both the gateway in and the gate out.

And then there’s sound.

The Ark was said to emit “the voice of God.”
In esoteric embryology, the womb reacts to harmonic oscillations, especially solfeggio frequencies like 528 Hz shown in studies to repair DNA strands and induce stem cell activation.

The shofar, blown at the Ark’s return, emits these same waveforms.
Sound. Blood. Covenant. All entwined.

Even in modern plasma cosmology, the structure of galactic birthing mirrors a womb surrounded by Birkeland currents plasma ropes spiraling through the void. The Ark was said to be surrounded by plasma-like “clouds of glory” (Exodus 40:35). These were likely high-frequency discharge events, known today as Coronal Discharges, identical in function to or****ic frequency bursts mapped in fMRI womb states.

So what’s missing from the sacred books?

Not metaphor. Not mysticism.

But the truth:

That every woman walks with a quantum Ark sealed within her bone, her blood, her breath.

That every sacred text we ever held up was a projection of an anatomy too holy to name.

That the true “veil” wasn’t in the Temple it was cast over our memory.

Until now.

It is about the impact.

Do you feel the urgency of sharing your Message/Medicine with your tribe/community/the world?

I am asking you because this is not the time to sit on the sidelines, sisters. The time to share your Voice is now. Perhaps you held back due to personal reasons, perhaps your voice was shared in your corporate job or any other kind of writing you had to perform to make a living.

But now you are different. You have awakened. the veil has been lifted from your eyes. Your Soul speaks in another language and you can no longer ignore the call from within. If you do, it would be crime against yourself and the creative genius dwelling in you.

So, let me ask you again. Do you feel the urgency to share your Message/ Medicine with your tribe/community/the world?

This sense of urgency is directly connected to your deep why. Why are you drawn to do what you do? How deeply connected are you to your soul work, your message, your medicine?

There is a 'personal why' to our work. And there is also a 'soul why' to our work. And there is a 'social why' to our Heart's Calling. There is a link, a thread that can be pulled from our 'personal why' to our 'social why". Our social why is the deep why. When our 'why' transcends the personal that represents the wound that pushed us to seek healing in the first place, the work we are called to do becomes our deep social why. And that's when a sense of urgency will come over you. This is the why that will get you out of bed day after day and do whatever is needed to make the world a little better with your Voice and Medicine.

In this sense, you are moving into transforming your Message/ Medicine into a cause that is bigger than just helping clients. If your work is about empowering women, think about how your work makes a bigger impact in the world by empowering women. If you are a reiki practitioner, think about how helping people heal impacts the world at large. If you are a wordsmith, take in consideration how your writing can change minds and hearts and how that impacts the world as a whole.

No matter what you do, no matter your heart's calling or your offerings, you can find an angle that is showing you how to lead with a cause, a deep why, a social why.

And this is when the magic begins. You will be able to expand your message and invite others to join you in your heart's calling.

Because this is no longer about you or even about helping one person at the time, it is about the impact you can make on a social scale..............................................................
