We’re feeling extra spoiled today at our Ramsey Street office! Thanks to our amazing team member Kayla, our office won a sweet surprise from Burney’s Sweet Treats, through a giveaway on 107.7 - and let’s just say… It did not disappoint.
Now, yes… We are a weight loss clinic – but we also live in the real world. A treat here and there isn’t the problem… It’s what you do most of the time that matters. Listen to Winnie🐻 ....he's onto something. Any legitimate weight management specialist should 1st try lifestyle modifications...counseling on dietary habits and exercise. 2nd, if meds are needed, see what meds your insurance will cover, starting with the least RISKY and least expensive 💰medications (not the latest buzzword). 3rd, they should hold you accountable....that means looking you in the eye👁️ and going through confession time, not texting you from 3 states away. 4th, there should be continued support by providers and staff and in person follow-ups if at all possible.
