His name is Marcus and he is ruck marching 27000km (roughly 17000 miles) through Canada and the US to raise mental health awareness. We had a great conversation, super friendly. If you see him marching by give him a honk and a supportive wave.” -a wonderful member of our AAC team.

The new year has come, the children shuffled back to school, work schedules are back on track, and life continues on. It’s easy to push your needs to the side or allow your own care to fall the bottom of the to-do list.
