Quick tips for exercising in the heat:⠀⠀
1️⃣ Time of day is important. Morning hours are best before 10 am.⠀⠀
2️⃣ Wear loose, light-colored clothes that help reflect the heat.⠀⠀
3️⃣ Sunscreen is essential. Use at least SPF 45 to be safe.⠀⠀
4️⃣ Stay hydrated. Before you go out, drink a glass of water. Carry water with you, and drink at least every 15 min.⠀ ⠀
5️⃣ Most importantly, listen to your body. Stop immediately if you’re feeling dizzy, faint or nauseous. ⠀⠀⠀
