This update is for our monthly home care TRT members-
This message is to inform you that the pharmacy that handles your mail order medication is unusually behind in processing orders and without warning to us.
We want to assure you that your order was submitted on its normal timeline and while the delay is beyond our control, we would like to offer you the option to come into the office to receive your weekly TRT injection at no additional charge. We do apologize for the delay and inconvenience of coming into the office. We are working with the pharmacy to understand how we can adjust our prescribing timeline to avoid this next month, should they continue to be slow in turnaround time.
