The vegan version of “We got Chipotle at home “ - but betta!

This how we do low/no toil yumminess on the weekends. Always think rainbow when composing plates for adequate veggie consumption. Experiment and see what you like- don’t be scURRRED 😜

Red - tomatoes , salsa
Green - romaine lettuce, avocado pepperocini peppers
Purple - onions
Tricolor bell peppers
Black beans
Gold/ yellow - nooch/ nutritional yeast
White rice and flour shells- yes you’ll be alright consuming some of this - touch ya nose😝
Brown - vegan “chicken” by and “ground beef” by for protein.

First time back since I finished my MBA just a couple weeks ago. Felt good to order my brown sugar oat milk latte and dap up with Isaac and celebrate making it through finals in December. And here I am re-reading by THEE , without having to worry about assignments due for class. Now I can be in my creative bag frfr this year. HalleluYAH! 💚🌱

Then later on that day I made “fried fish “ with hearts of palm dipped in a blue cornmeal batter. Through on side of yuca fries. It made Quan’s approval and that made me happy☺️💚🌱

When I tell you the way Greystone was 🔥 on from the moment I slid in that place! That DJ was spinnin for his life! And I gave it right back to him and everyone in the building. I was up dayyum near the whole time. The pics and random vids I’m posting is coz people sent it to me. I felt so alive ! The energy and live was saturated throughout and I thank GOD for shining His light through me the entire evening. Whew! 💚🌱🎊 🍾

💚Grateful for everyone who came over last Saturday to cement accomplishing my Masters in Business Administration.

💚Thank you Pops for flying in and being you . Thanks for my colleagues, CSC Fam and neighbor for sliding through.

💚Not many pics of the all vegan spread coz I was truly in the moment. Even though the key lime cheezcake wasn’t much of a hit, people liked my “Master Sliders” (said they were reminiscent of White Castle AYEEE but with Chicago Mild Sauce); and the vegan taco bowl still hit.

Thank you for all the generous gifts people sent in lieu of their presence. Grateful beyond measure 💚🌱
