💙 Participant Experience Week is a time to celebrate the incredible people who shape the experience of care every day.

Across Trinity Health PACE, our team of nurses, physicians, support staff, leaders, and community partners show up for participants and families with compassion and commitment every day.

Each year, we ask our participants to share feedback through our Participant Satisfaction Survey. We are extremely proud of this year's results!

⭐ 96% of participants said they would recommend their PACE program to a friend or relative.

We are proud of our teams and grateful to our participants for trusting us with their care.

You can make a difference in under a minute. Add your name to our e advocacy campaign to help protect and expand access to PACE. Together, our voices can help secure a stronger future for the participants and communities we serve.

: We’d like to recognize Chaplain Robert Wilson as an Ace of PACE! Our parent organization, Trinity Health PACE, spotlights colleagues who stand out and make a difference. He was nominated for exemplifying compassion and living our Core Values. After learning a colleague had lost her mother and was at the hospital, he left the office to offer support to her at an incredibly difficult moment. His actions reflected genuine care, empathy and commitment to the wellbeing of others and his act of kindness embodied our Core Value of Reverence, calling us to honor the sacredness and dignity of every person. Thank you for creating a safe, encouraging space for our colleagues and community, Robert

This month, we’re proud to spotlight Dana Burgess, a participant at our Massachusetts program, Mercy LIFE. Dana joined Mercy LIFE about a year ago after facing struggles with depression and realizing it was time for a change.

He believes God placed him in the program not only to receive care, but to help and support others. Through compassion, connection, and community, Mercy LIFE has helped Dana move forward with hope and purpose.

Stay tuned for more inspiring Faces of PACE stories, because every smile has a story worth sharing!
