Today we had the honor of celebrating our Registered Dietitian, David. He works diligently every day to provide not only comprehensive nutrition education but also hot, nutritious meals to our many Seniors.

David plays a vital role in ensuring that Seniors in our program do not go hungry. Under his guidance and direction, many also have the capability to take home meals.

We extend our sincere gratitude for the numerous roles you fulfill at the day center and for your ongoing efforts to serve our community.

PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a comprehensive care program that brings together medical services, social support, and personalized care planning to help seniors continue living at home with dignity. It offers an alternative care setting designed to support the whole person including their physical, mental, spiritual, and social well‑being while keeping them connected to their community.

You may qualify if you are 55 or older, live within our service area, need nursing level of care, and can remain safely in the community with support.
