Fit Tip.. Please stop focusing on losing fat . Instead focus on building muscle so that you can lose fat effortlessly and sustain it. Only way to build muscles is to strength train. Strength training for women is super beneficial for overall health!

The excellence that I am striving for requires isolation, no procrastination with little to no hesitation!
In order to answer my prayers and live according to the things that i speak over my life in the realm of manifestation.

Many don’t understand sleepless nights and days that are filled with loneliness, because GOD didn’t put us on the same mission.
In order to received these blessings i had to be properly conditioned.

Nobody understands but GOD & as a result l’ve lost “friends” & “family” along the way…
But believe me through the blood I’m better than before because i’m blessed and SAVED!
I pray and dwell in the land of the most HIGH.
HE is going to ensure that HE handles anything that is in alignment with HIS will and it will be magnified!

Just know this when i come out VICTORIOUS on the other side
These obstacles and challenges that i’ve been through was worth the ride.

HE sees that i’m specials and can’t follow the rest.
Until i’m resting in Abraham’s bosom
& in Heaven…
i’m declaring I’m BLESSED!

Important update…. Yea the client with PCOS who has been trying forever to get pregnant…
She is now PREGNANT!!! 6 weeks in with controlled blood sugar and proper nutrition and training. This is not the 1st client that I have worked with that has PCOS and has gotten pregnant. I am so happy for her. This is a text message that I sent to her when she 1st started my program and now this. So when people are saying my prices are to high behind my back, just know I’m good with that but please make sure that you say… BUT
She’s worth it!!! I don’t just specialize in weight loss. But overall health & wellness.
