It is with intense mixture of a heavy heart and excitement for the adventure that awaits that I announce my last in person class at ZR BJJ Cape Fear . July 22nd is the last date to book. My family and I will be relocating to Pittsburgh the following week. There is no class the 8th or 15th of this month so this is the last one...for now 🥺. I am so grateful for all of the wonderful folks I've met and the opportunity to practice with you all during my time here. Thank you so very much to the entire ZR Team for putting up with me and supporting me in this journey!

I'll still be available for virtual classes once we get settled in up north. Hope to see you there. 🖤
