Private practice has a lot of parts that go into making it successful 🛠️

You have a whole list here of important aspects to focus on when you are trying to start your private practice.

Let's dive into my TOP 3 PRIORITIES:

✅ Determine what tools you will use - an agile and user-friendly EMR and billing system are of PARAMOUNT importance in your practice

✅ Decide what you want your life to look like - this is YOUR practice. How many clients do you want to see a week? How many hours do you want to work each week? Build your schedule around these goals- that's why you started your own practice, remember?!

✅ Find skilled support - Stay in your zone of genius- seeing clients- and bring on the support needed to handle the other aspects of your practice such as administration and billing 

When you are getting prepared to start your own practice, then these priorities are where I'd start. 🤓
