A position that is defined by health, strength, vitality, productivity, creativity, a sense of wholeness and balance. Point Momentum offers classes, family, individual therapy and workshops.

A lot of people have difficulty identifying unproductive thinking patterns.

It is healthy to consider when your thinking has turned unproductive. When it is no longer practically beneficial to keep thinking about it and it is time to do something... or think about something else.

Learning to identify unproductive thinking and shift it into productivity or something that is healthy is important.

Therapy helps you learn how to do this.
