It’s a day to recognize progress, honor trailblazers, and acknowledge the work still ahead, especially for women of color, whose voices continue to lead movements for justice, rights, and representation.

We’re officially in Quarter 3, and the year is halfway through. This is a great moment to pause and check in with yourself—mentally, emotionally, and physically. What’s been working for you so far? What needs to shift? Growth doesn’t require a full restart, but just intention and small, steady steps. Give yourself grace as you move into the second half of the year.

Juneteenth marks the end of slavery in the United States — and reminds us that healing, especially within the Black community, is both individual and collective. At ANC, we recognize the impact of racial trauma and the importance of culturally competent mental health care. We stand in solidarity, celebrate Black joy, and remain committed to equity, healing, and change...today and every day.

This Father’s Day, ANC honors all who take on the role of a father: biological dads, stepdads, adoptive dads, foster dads, grandfathers, mentors, and chosen family. We also recognize the mental and emotional load that can come with fatherhood. At ANC, we’re here to support the mental well-being of every father figure, because caring for others starts with caring for yourself.
