Every second matters during cardiac arrest, which is when the heart suddenly stops beating.

Hands-Only CPR can double or triple a person's chance of survival. Hands-Only CPR should be done at a rate of 100-120 beats per minute, or to the beat of "Stayin Alive" by the Bee Gees.

Folic acid, or folate, is a B vitamin that helps our bodies make new cells and can help prevent serious birth defects.

The CDC recommends women get 400 micrograms of folic acid every day by eating foods with folate or by taking a vitamin that contains folic acid.
