You can look professional and chic without wearing high heels everywhere you go. Make sure you switch up the kinds of shoes you wear, so you’re not wearing high heels too frequently.

High heels push your toes to the front of your shoes, which means your toes will be crowded. This can lead to problems like bunions and hammertoe. You’re also at a higher risk of developing joint pain in your feet with high heels since they usually don’t have any type of shock absorption.
