Inner Pathways Counseling Services Providing services in Cumberland County NC Bi-lingual Counseling Services provided for all ages. We accept Tri-care, Alliance, BCBSNC, and cash payments.

We provide child, adolescent, family, couples, individual, and group counseling. Periodically we facilitate psycho educational groups on various topics. I have experience working with individuals with anger management, assertiveness, parenting, stress management, sexual dysfunction and self-esteem issues. We operate from a philosophy that emphasizes meaning in one's life, responsibility, and the ability to express oneself in your own unique way. We believe that counseling should be tailored to the unique individual's needs. Our approach is cognitive-behavioral and Emotional Focus Therapy. We have worked with many soldiers and retirees using Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocess treatment to help with PTSD symptoms and working through painful memories to experience relief and healing. Our practice has a Trauma Informed and holistic therapy that involves Art Therapy, Play Therapy, and Sand Tray.
