We are only in office by appointment, But have 24 hour phone coverage and will return emergency calls. Available to meet with you any day of the week!

All purchasing can also be done over the phone, through Mail, and email for those who wish to do so.

Did you know that the FTC Funeral Law states that funeral homes must accept a casket from outside of their establishments? They cannot charge you a fee to do so, and you do NOT have to be present upon casket delivery.

Casket Sales to the Public

Caring Caskets has been a member of the Better Business Bureau and a part of the Fayetteville community for over 20 years. Caring Caskets stocks metal and wood caskets made exclusively in the USA. There is free delivery within 50 miles of the Fayetteville area to any funeral home of your choice. All caskets are fully insured and warrantied.

Office hours are 9:30 to 4:00 Monday through Friday unless we are out for delivery or lunch. It is best to call ahead when possible to insure that someone will be at the office. We have 24 hour phone coverage, including Saturday and Sunday and will meet with you on those days by appointment only. Caring Caskets will deliver to the funeral home of your choice on any day of the week, depending on the arrangements, but request at least 24 hour notice when over 50 miles from Fayetteville. In cases of emergency, you will receive a return phone call at the earliest possible time from when your call was taken. The most efficient way to meet your needs is to call ahead for an appointment to view caskets on our showroom floor and/or to complete a pre-need contract.
