We are dedicated to helping our postpartum patients find continuous care options during those critical first few weeks after they leave the clinic. That is why we are excited to introduce a helpful resource in the community for new mothers: Village Roots Postpartum Care.💚
This service was started by RN Nikki Hudsonpillar, who is passionate about offering in-home postpartum care for the day-to-day emotional, mental, and physical needs of new mothers and families so they don’t have to do it alone. Village Roots Postpartum offers a variety of in-home services, including breastfeeding and bottle feeding support, newborn care education, safe sleep practices, clinical skills, evidence-based education, and emotional support. We are thrilled to offer tools like this in our community for our patients to have at-home support for the everyday questions and adjustments to newborn life right after delivery, as they prepare for their postpartum checkups with Parkhill.
