April is Alcohol Awareness Month, a time to focus on understanding the impact alcohol can have on physical and mental health. It’s also an important reminder that support is available and seeking help is a sign of strength.

Whether you or someone you care about is struggling, early recognition and connection to care can make a meaningful difference. This month, we encourage everyone to learn the signs, start conversations and support those who may be facing challenges.

Therapy isn't just for crisis moments. It's a tool for anyone looking to understand themselves better, manage stress, improve relationships or simply talk through life's challenges. 💙

You don't have to be in a dark place to benefit from therapy. Sometimes the best time to start is before things feel overwhelming.

If you've been thinking about it, it's worth a try. Taking care of your mental health is one of the best investments you can make.

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) gives patients structured support as they continue their recovery journey. This program is often a step-down level of care for patients transitioning from acute inpatient care or our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), but it can also be a starting point for those who need frequent, therapist-driven care.

IOP includes daily group therapy Monday through Friday, providing consistency and connection for patients who are at a lower risk but still benefit from regular therapeutic support.

We’re proud to offer care that helps individuals move forward with stability and confidence.
