Not knowing what comes next does not mean you are stuck; it can be part of growing.

But growing and flourishing as a human being means exploring who we are and learning from our experiences, right?” Therapy can be a supportive space to explore that uncertainty. Read more on her thoughts about uncertainty from the article below.

As much as we love knowing, we have great difficulty tolerating uncertainty. What if we gave ourselves permission to explore that space too?

Our Story

I provide psychological services to individuals, couples, and families with a variety of clinical and developmental concerns. I see therapy as a journey and dynamic process shared by the therapist and the client. I embrace a strengths-based perspective involving a holistic assessment of my client within her/his cultural context. I begin the therapeutic process by facilitating my client telling her/his experiences and stories and the problem affecting her/his life. My goal for therapy is to help and empower my client to use her/his strengths to find new ways of coping with life's challenges.

I am skillful in working with preteens, adolescents, adults, and seniors experiencing difficulty in coping with life transitions, relationship issues, and self-identity development. I am experienced in treating anxiety, depression, grief/ loss, PTSD, domestic violence, and family of origin issues. I also provide clinical supervision for LPAs and LPCAs.

Thank you for reading my profile. It will be my privilege to have the opportunity to meet and walk with you in your life journey. Please feel free to contact me to schedule an appointment.
