We’ve all been stuck in black and white thinking before.

“Either I’m doing great or I’m falling behind.”
“Either I’m confident or I’m unsure.”
“Either I focus on work or I take care of myself.”

But here’s the truth: life is RARELY that simple or straightforward!

Both/And thinking makes space for the messy middle—where most of us actually live.

You can BOTH be a work in progress AND still be proud of how far you’ve come.
You can BOTH feel confident AND still be figuring things out.
You can BOTH hold boundaries AND be kind.

Both/And doesn’t mean avoiding clarity or truth. It means recognizing that more than one thing can be true at the same time—and that’s where the magic happens.

Hey y’all! I have finally gotten around to making a page for my practice to share updates, resources, and information, such as some upcoming availability beginning in May!

With some summer schedule changes, I have some openings and am currently welcoming new clients, including adolescents, couples, and adults. I accept most insurances and offer a sliding scale for private pay, so if you or someone you care about is seeking support or has been thinking about starting therapy, feel free to share my contact info!

I offer a safe, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space to explore challenges and work toward meaningful change. My approach is strength-based and draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I work with clients holistically to identify their values, shift unhelpful thought patterns, utilize accountability and build practical skills for moving forward with greater confidence and clarity. Sometimes we just need someone to listen as we navigate the transitions and seasons of life! Whether you’re a teen navigating the pressures of school and identity, or an adult managing the demands of life and relationships—let’s talk ❤️

You’re not lazy. You’re just tired, overwhelmed, or burned out. (Maybe a bit of all three?)

So often, we label ourselves with harsh words like “lazy” when what we’re really experiencing is mental and emotional exhaustion.

Here’s the deal:
• Rest is not a reward. It’s a necessity.
• Productivity does not define your worth.
• Healing takes time — and sometimes that means doing less, not more.

Take a moment today to check in with yourself.
Ask: What do I actually need right now?

Maybe it’s rest. Maybe it’s a walk. Maybe it’s asking for help.

Whatever it is — you’re allowed to need it.
