[06/18/20] Good morning patients!!! As I’m sure everyone has heard, there is a new ordinance in Fayetteville. Everyone MUST wear a face covering in all places. With this being said, in accordance with the Arkansas Dept. Of Health mandate and the city ordinance face coverings are required when entering EyeCare Express. If you do not have a face covering and are needing to pick up orders you can knock on our door and we can help you that way. If you are needing to schedule an appointment the best way is still by calling the office at 479-527-9790 as we are booked up several days out. We love our patients and appreciate your ￼ cooperation and dedication! Stay safe and see you soon!
We got the word this evening that starting Monday, May 4th we will be able to do routine eye exams again!!! With this being said there are still some restrictions we must follow! Our staff will be wearing face masks along with ￼￼ thorough cleaning of all areas of the office and equipment! We ask that you wear a face mask! Also we can ONLY have the patient there for the exam in the office, all family members must stay outside or in their vehicle. This limits the number of people inside the office at a time to follow state guidelines. The exception will be if the patient is a minor or how has any special needs and then ONE adults may accompany that patient. Either at the time we schedule your appointment or the day before your exam we will be getting your personal information, including vision insurance along with a complete medical history. Please understand that we will not be fully operational just yet. We will be doing our very best to get everyone in as quickly as possible. We will be starting to call those on our waiting list we have first. We are all very excited to be working towards being fully operational as quickly as possible and we want to thank each of you for your understanding during this crazy time! See y’all soon!!! ￼
[05/01/20] Good afternoon patients! Just wanted to keep everyone posted and let you know the ADH has NOT lifted restrictions on routine eye exams. As soon as we get that news we will let everyone know! Once we do get to open we will have certain restrictions that we will let you know about them.

[03/23/20] Effective 3/25/2020 office hours will be 9am-4pm Monday through Thursday. We will be closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. [03/20/20] Good evening y’all! Another COVID-19 update for our office. We have been informed we MUST do a health screening on every patient before their eye exam. It will be a temp check and asking 3 questions about recent travel, health and encounters with people who have tested positive for this virus. Please understand this is required by the CDC so we can continue to provide service for our patients. We will make it through this!
[03/19/20] Good morning! Just wanting to update everyone on business! The CDC has recommended that all non-emergent appointments be postponed. With that being said our doctors hours will be adjusted. If you have ordered or need to order your contacts we will have someone here. There will be no routine eye exams starting March 25th through April 3rd. As stated this is all based on the CDC recommendations and we will update any and all changes during this time. Due to the COVID-19 epidemic we are asking ALL patients to refrain from entering our office if they have flu like symptoms, have traveled outside the US in the last 2 weeks, or have had contact with anyone who has tested positive.
Please arrive NO MORE 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. We are asking that only patients with appointments come in to the waiting area.

[03/03/20] We have been made aware that there is a Cox phone outage in the area and they are currently working on it! Unfortunately this means our phones are down. Cox expects phones to be back up and running after 330pm.
