Next year, Valor Massage will be represented on the red carpet in Miami, surrounded by media and celebrity guests, as our founder Brittany Foti brings awareness to PTSD on a national stage.

Brittany will be wearing a gown made from donated military name tapes to honor the veterans, service members, first responders, healthcare workers, and the community we proudly serve.

If you’d like a name represented, please drop off your tape at Valor Massage. Name tapes don’t have to be used- feel free to bring a new one in if you feel called to donate.

Another round of cupping gymnastic with medical massage practitioner Leeanna Gibbs!
This client presented with rounded shoulders and a lot of discomfort because of it!
When the pectoralis major gets tight and contracted it pulls the clavicle downward and rotates the arms inward.
In order to release the rounded shoulders, a release of the chest muscles is needed!

Instead of adopting specific families, this year we are collecting new, unwrapped toys, electronics, hygiene sets, etc for our local families sponsored through Seth’s Wish!

Seth’s wish is a local nonprofit that supports the homeless and struggling Fayetteville populations.

We have been in this field for more than 2 years, and it was more of an accident and it turn out to be a gift! Brittany Foti, has a gift and works great with athletes and everyone that schedules any of her therapies. Her unique approach, is real and personal to each individual and has a real assessment to each person that she encounters.
