Our Story

I relocated to Fayetteville, June 2018 and was able to find a home teaching at Resound Yoga Studio . I can be found two days a week at Advanced Physical Therapy, which happens to be the clinic where I took yoga for the first time. I also am blessed to sub for the amazing instructors on Fort Bragg who offer free yoga through Connected Warriors. My certifications include the following;

E-RYT 200, RPYT (prenatal), Restoration Yoga, Yin Yoga, Silver Sneakers Yoga Instructor, AFAA Primary Group Exercise, Concept 2 Rowing Instructor, Connected Warriors Yoga training, and Reiki 1, Reiki 2 Certification and Reiki Master (Feb. 2019).

I am currently enrolled in FTCC working toward applying to the Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
