Who is Cooking4Fitnes - Bringing Cooking back

Healthy Cooking in the Historical Downtown Fayetteville

Our beautiful Cooking Studio is located in the heart of the historic district of downtown Fayetteville, North Carolina, off of Hay Street by the Market House @ 130 Bow St. We have the opportunity to cook out of a historic Merchants building that was built in 1851.

We offer kitchen education from knowing what you eat to knowing what you are cooking in. Where we like to help educate families to help inspire cooking back in the kitchen to a healthier life. Meat eaters, Vegan, Vegetarian lifestyles to Plant-based, we have classes to ensure you maximum your nutrient in cooking.

Free lunch or dinner in Home or Studio presentations by Cooking4Fitness Saladmaster are available. This includes a great healthy to low fat meals. No need to purchase anything. Sit back, learn, and be ready to eat. Book your presentation with one or our cooking consultant. Invite family or friends and have an excuse to get out of the kitchen. LUNCH/DINNER IS ON US!
