🍃Bio:
Cydney Smith is a certified yoga teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience and a dedicated practice dating back to 1989. Most recently, she completed her Chopra Yoga Teacher Training, deepening her study of yoga as a path to whole-person well-being. She is also trained in meditation, Yoga Nidra, and restorative yoga, and her classes invite students to slow down, reconnect with their breath, and restore balance to body and mind. In addition to teaching yoga, Cydney is a well-being and holistic life coach through her business Spirited Nutrition. She brings a compassionate, integrative approach to support students both on and off the mat.

An all-levels, gentle yoga class designed to help you unwind from the week and cultivate a sense of inner spaciousness. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and alignment-based practices, you’ll gently release tension and reconnect with yourself. Each class is thoughtfully themed and may include poetry, yogic wisdom, or reflection to nurture self-awareness and restore balance in body, mind, and spirit.
Deep Renewal (this Sunday 21st)
A monthly class dedicated to deep rest and rejuvenation. This session weaves together gentle movement, restorative yoga, and Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) to reset your nervous system and invite a sense of spaciousness and renewal. An ideal complement to a busy life, offering a chance to slow down, replenish, and reconnect with yourself.
