Look how cute!!!!!

This is Molly Green. She is teaching on Sunday evenings at 6:30pm. Her class is the best way to ease out to the weekend to tackle your week to come.

Molly began practicing yoga in 2013 as an over-achieving perfectionist. She very slowly learned that perfection wasn’t the point of yoga at all. Most of her yoga practice now involves laying on the floor.

Molly loves to teach students in her classes new ways to explore and enjoy movement and to help them discover more about their bodies and minds. ahhhhhhhhhhh.

Attention all BridgeDay yogis.

We will be holding class at Adventures on the Gorge on BridgeDay.

Remember that the Bridge is closed. If you are on the Southside/Fayetteville side of the Bridge you will have to walk across the bridge. If you are on the north side of the Bridge….you are good to go!! Maneuvering around all of these folks is tough, give yourself time. Enjoy it all. It is such a celebration. We are lucky to live amongst the most beautiful rusty rainbow in the world!

Have you heard about our new class on Sunday evening with our new spunky instructor Molly Green?

Its every Sunday 6:30pm, Flow with Function

Description: this class is primarily a medium-paced flow class where we will move through a range of poses. As needed, poses will be broken down and workshopped together, but a foundation of knowledge will make this class more enjoyable and accessible for anyone. Functional movement will be integrated to bring a focus to strength and mobility.

Have yall met Cydney????

Well, she is teaching on Friday evening and there have been nothing but rave reviews.

Cydney Smith is a certified yoga teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience and a dedicated practice dating back to 1989. Most recently, she completed her Chopra Yoga Teacher Training, deepening her study of yoga as a path to whole-person well-being. She is also trained in meditation, Yoga Nidra, and restorative yoga, and her classes invite students to slow down, reconnect with their breath, and restore balance to body and mind. In addition to teaching yoga, Cydney is a well-being and holistic life coach through her business Spirited Nutrition. She brings a compassionate, integrative approach to support students both on and off the mat and boy are we lucky to have her.

Her class is Friday Unwind.

Her class is an all-levels, gentle yoga class designed to help you unwind from the week and cultivate a sense of inner spaciousness. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and alignment-based practices, you’ll gently release tension and reconnect with yourself. Each class is thoughtfully themed and may include poetry, yogic wisdom, or reflection to nurture self-awareness and restore balance in body, mind, and spirit. This is a great class for anyone.

Deep Renewal (this Sunday 21st)

A monthly class dedicated to deep rest and rejuvenation. This session weaves together gentle movement, restorative yoga, and Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) to reset your nervous system and invite a sense of spaciousness and renewal. An ideal complement to a busy life, offering a chance to slow down, replenish, and reconnect with yourself.
