Cultivating Presence and Strength
A Gentle, Reflective Yoga Practice
This all-levels class offers a gentle, alignment-based yoga practice focused on exploring yoga poses, moving with the breath, and pausing for inner focus and reflection. Classes weave together mindful movement and breathwork, and may include poetry, inspiration, and short interactive or reflective moments to explore themes of peace, freedom, self-awareness, and emotional well-being. Expect a supportive, inclusive environment where curiosity, presence, and self-compassion are encouraged.
Cydney Smith is a certified yoga teacher with training in Iyengar, Vinyasa, and Chopra yoga and meditation. Her classes are informed by additional training in Restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra. She is also a holistic life coach focused on midlife well-being; learn more at SpiritedNutrition.com.
