If you’ve been curiously watching this page and thought, “I want to book a session but I don’t want to fumble through my first session in front of the regulars”, we have good news!

1. Sauna is a simple practice with ancient roots. The flow is easy and intuitive. Our saunakeeper will show you how.

2. Our regulars are the sweetest people (down right angelic 😇) and love meeting new guests. Ask them questions. They are happy to nerd out about sauna. 🤓

3. Sauna has a few points of etiquette and no rules. We’ll be sure you know the tips and tricks of a great session in a shared community sauna.

What a special thing it is to tend the woods while I tend my sauna guests with herbs and beauty from my own piece of the Ozarks. I think about this blessing every day.
