In October of 2011, Lafayette Funeral Home reopened under new management, being affiliated with Crumpler Funeral Homes, Inc., with other locations including Raeford, Red Springs, and Pinebluff, NC. Lafayette Funeral Home is currently managed by Rick Wilhide, Funeral Director & Embalmer. Wilhide was associated with The Anchorman Quartet, a Southern Gospel Group before becoming licensed in Funeral Service. Kalen Crumpler Wilhide, Office Manager and Funeral Director, is the daughter of Frank & Dayne Crumpler, owners of Crumpler Funeral Homes, Inc. Lafayette Funeral Home continues to take pride in providing compassionate and caring services to all families, striving to give comfort and support during the time of loss and sadness. Our experienced staff are always eager to serve with dignity, respect, and compassion to meet all the needs of the families that we serve. Lafayette Funeral Home offers other Traditional and Cremation Services at an affordable rate. We are honored to serve all Military Branches, offering ministry both before and after services. We have Musicians, Soloist, and Ministers available to help families make their Funeral or Memorial Service a Homecoming Celebration.
