Excited to announce my newest
offering to the Fayetteville community ☀️

This Ayurveda program was a year filled with a lot of self inquiry … as a busy mom , a business owner , a 52 year old finding the balance between hormones , detoxing , yoga practice , teaching yoga , injuries , sustaining my own health , this program was just what I needed!
This was my fourth yoga alliance yoga teacher training as my journey began 14 years ago as a teacher and my passion for research and always being a student continues … this one really captured me as a perimenopausal woman to seek balance on and off the yoga mat, focusing on herbs and food as medicine 🌱as well as many other healing modalities…
