Owning a Senior Helpers franchise for the past 2.5 years has felt like a natural extension of my lifelong commitment to health care and community service. Before becoming a franchisee, I spent years working as a community health care worker, supporting seniors and underserved populations every day. That experience shaped who I am—it taught me the importance of compassion, dignity, and having someone you can trust to guide you through difficult moments.

At Senior Helpers, I get to continue that mission on a larger scale. I love being a reliable source of information for families in my community, offering support, resources, and care solutions that truly make a difference. ✨ Office Spotlight ✨

As the Director of Operations, I have the privilege of overseeing every aspect of Senior Helpers of Greater Puyallup — from supporting our clients and caregivers to handling the behind-the-scenes details that keep our office running smoothly. One of my favorite parts of this role is being the voice of reason on the phone. I love hearing the sigh of relief from families when they realize we can help. Those moments remind me why I do what I do.
This work is so much more than a job to me — it’s a passion. Helping families, easing their worries, and being part of their support system brings me so much joy. I genuinely enjoy problem-solving any situation that comes my way, and I take pride in making sure our clients and caregivers feel heard and supported.
I also love being active in the community, meeting other professionals in the industry, and learning something new every day. Hosting events for seniors — often in partnership with amazing local organizations — is another part of my role that fills my cup and keeps me connected to the people we serve.
I’m grateful to be part of a company that allows me to lead with heart, make a difference, and support so many incredible families and caregivers. 💙🏡✨

✨ Office Spotlight Series ✨

I genuinely enjoy helping families whenever I can—knowing that we can support them during times of need is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. I love my job, and to me it’s more than just work; it’s a true passion. Bringing comfort, solutions, and peace of mind to families brings me so much joy.
As the Director of Client Care and Services at Senior Helpers of Greater Puyallup, I oversee both client care and our amazing care staff. I’m the one who meets with new clients before services begin, ensuring we understand their needs and can create the best plan of care. I also have the privilege of hiring new caregivers and walking alongside them as they join our team.
I love problem-solving, finding ways to support others, and continuing to learn every day. One of my favorite parts of my role is leading caregiver orientation—getting to know each caregiver personally and welcoming them into our caregiving family.
At the heart of everything I do is the belief that great care starts with connection, compassion, and teamwork. I’m grateful to be in a role where I can make a difference for both families and caregivers.
