🔸EXCITING NEWS FROM DR. OTTO!🔸

After seven wonderful years at Life & Health Chiropractic and Massage Centre, I am excited to share some big news: it is time to grow! I have officially purchased Northwest Wellness, where I will be serving as CEO, Clinic Director, and Chiropractor. This expansion gives us the opportunity to treat more people in our community as well as broaden your access to a variety of care while still maintaining our usual personable service.

Northwest Wellness is a multi-disciplinary clinic offering chiropractic care, physical therapy, acupuncture, naturopathy, and massage therapy all under one roof. It is located a mere minute away from our current office, making the transition simple and convenient. Over the coming months, I will be integrating our amazing Life & Health team of massage therapists and office staff into the new practice. While it will take time to merge the two practices together, please be assured that your care remains our top priority.

Effective November 1, 2025, we will be seeing patients at:

Our phone number and email will remain the same, so you may continue to reach us as usual.

Change is exciting, and I am grateful for your support as we take this next step forward together. I hope you will join us in this new chapter at Northwest Wellness. I am confident this will be a smooth transition. We truly value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming you to our new office this fall.

To all of our Life and Health Family,

I want to extend to my fellow team mates at L&H a huge thank you for your support in these crazy times. I am honored to be able to work with you all.

To our patients that I have had the honor to serve, I thank you for your patience as well. Earlier this month I was gone because of my own health concerns as I fall into a number of the risk categories. While I know many of you trust us to provide very safe conditions for your care, we all have to take our own care into consideration as well.

Thank you, Dr. Otto for your support. It humbles me and makes me love what I do all the more. Over the next week I will be gone on a previously scheduled vacation. It is my hope when I return things will be more normal. Whatever that really means, right? It is my hope that I will see those that need to be seen and be able to help restore the beings that have been so dramatically affected by all of this Corvid19 situation and whatever life has handed out to you.

On my wall I have a placard that says, "FEAR = False Evidence Appearing Real." Please don’t be led by FEAR, but by REAL evidence. Stay well and take care of yourselves and each other. Blessings, Love and Light to you all.
