A Warm Embrace Adult Family Home is a family-run residential care home committed to providing only the best care. This home is operated by an experienced Provider and overseen by a critical care nurse.
We offer personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of every resident. A Warm Embrace AFH is licensed for 6 residents and specializes in Dementia and Mental Health. We offer individual and group activities such as daily exercise programs, games, puzzles, cards, bingo, reading and movie nights. Our fully fenced and secured backyard provides opportunities for walking, as staffing allows.
Our home has a well-sized front yard and a fully fenced secured backyard. Quiet street. Near CHI Franciscan St Francis Hospital, specialty clinics and The Commons Mall. HWY 18 and I-5 access within minutes.
Our residents stay with us throughout the progression of their conditions and (as long as continuous skilled nursing care is not required, they) do not have to worry about moving elsewhere when their level of care increases or when their funds run out, as we also have a Medicaid Contract.

Our smaller and more intimate setting allows for a tight-knit community between our residents, their families and our caregivers where everybody knows everyone!
Monthly care rate, based on the residentâs assessment, ranges between $6,500 to $12,500. Medicaid payments accepted for residents who become eligible for Medicaid benefits during their stay. We accept Medicaid Spend Down with minimum 6 months of private pay. Medicaid on admission accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Since we have a Registered Nurse in our team, all Assessments and Delegations (including insulin delegations, if applicable) are done in-house and are already included in the care rate, unless client prefers a third-party RN to do them (at clientâs expense). Medication Management, Meals/Snacks, Cable/Streaming TV and Basic Hygiene Supplies included. Incontinence supplies would be clientâs responsibility.
