It's about optimizing your nervous system, improving mobility, and enhancing your body's OWN healing abilities. We would like to take this opportunity to warmly welcome you to our office and to provide you with an outline of our office policies and to introduce you to our staff. We would like you to know we are all dedicated in this office to provide you with excellent health care and an understanding that each of our patient needs will be treated on an individual basis. Dr. Jex is available Monday-Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00am - 12:00pm and 3:00pm - 6:00pm

When our office is closed we are hooked up to an answering system which operates 24 hours a day. If you need to make or change you appointment or if you need to talk with one of us, you may leave a detailed message and we will get back with you as soon as possible. In case of a weekend emergency and you need to get in touch with the Doctor immediately, a phone number will be available on the answering machine for you to call. This telephone system also operates during regular business hours in the event that all incoming lines are busy. If you reach this recoded message during these hours, please leave a message and someone will return your call as quickly as possible. Believe it or not, your insurance may cover not only your chiropractic care, but also your massage therapy as well. Here at Jex Chiropractic we do extend the courtesy of billing you Insurance Company. Please keep in mind however it is up to you to know your own Insurance Policies. In cases that require a referral form your Primary Care Physician it is up to you to see that this referral is in place prior to any treatment so that your insurance will cover you chiropractic or massage care. Insurance is an agreement between you and your insurance Company. We will call to verify benefits on your insurance; however, the benefits quoted to us by your insurance company are not guarantee of payment. You are responsible for all copays due on the day of your appointment. In cases where your insurance has maxed out or does not cover, we do have affordable prices for our cash patients. If you have any questions regarding your insurance and or payment please don't hesitate to give us a call. Thank you for choosing our office for Chiropractic and Massage care.
