As the light of the year begins to fade, we’re invited to turn inward — to rest, reflect, and listen.

Join us for a slow and soulful afternoon honoring the approach of the winter solstice. We’ll begin with gentle meditation and mindfulness to quiet the mind and open the heart, then ease into long, grounding Yin postures that invite release and renewal.

This practice is an offering of stillness — a way to soften into the season, connect with your inner landscape, and find clarity in the quiet. Come as you are, and leave a little lighter, a little more at home within yourself.

Living in Harmony // A two part series weaving the ancient traditions of Ayurveda, Yoga’s sister science, into our modern day lifestyle.

Day 1 - Foundational Principles of Ayurveda

In this workshop we will cover the foundational principles of Ayurveda and how these weave into our everyday lives. We will uncover how we fit within the 5 elements and how we can better know ourselves using the Ayurvedic framework. We will end the session with a brief meditation. Bring a notebook and pen if you wish.

Day 2 - Practical Joy

In this workshop we will use the guiding principles of Ayurveda to inspire daily practices that are rooted in tradition and integrated for our modern lives. Themes that are included are cooking, digestive health, simple remedies, personal routine and mind body connection. We will end the session with a brief meditation. Bring a notebook and pen if you wish.
