Today I had the wonderful opportunity to be part of a Twin Lakes Elementary School Career Fair, sharing with students and families about the importance of spinal health, posture, and movement.

It was inspiring to see how curious kids are about chiropractic— their growing minds had the best questions.

As a chiropractor, I believe healthy habits built early can set the foundation for a lifetime of wellness.
