Despite all of life’s challenges and chaos in this wild world, specifically the war in Ukraine that hit my soul hard on my birthday, I choose to focus on the balance and beauty that comes from inside. God’s grace gives me the resilience to keep going in this life‘s challenging times. Today and every day, I focus on good to cultivate resilience to help others and hope that good will prevail over evil. Feeling grateful and blessed on my birthday with all of the challenges of life 😌 ✨
