Let life open like a lotus, one petal at a time.

When the mind becomes noisy, return to the breath and listen for the space between thoughts.

-Do one act of kindness without anyone knowing.
-Do one act of truth without fear.
-Do one act of stillness without apology.

These three are enough to transform the day.

Remember this:
The Divine does not ask for perfection. It asks for sincerity.
A sincere heart can shift worlds.

Walk in remembrance.
