Yes Yoga provides a unique, personalized approach to hatha yoga and yoga therapy. Manual medicine is a hands on bodywork system.

YES yoga combines physical postures, breath work and meditative awareness. Practice is geared toward enhancing strength, flexibility, balance and functional movement. YES Yoga therapy takes into consideration specific client needs and goals and designs a personalized home exercise program. Manual medicine is a hands on approach derived from osteopathic medicine that can be used to treat dysfunction in the musculoskeletal system and is very effective for pain relief.
