3 foods that are NOT good for you!!!

1. Breakfast cereal- sugar, artificial dyes and colors, and processed carbohydrates. Can increase ADHD symptoms!

2. Sweet rolls- sugar, processed carbs, and gluten. Very inflammatory!

3. Skittles- high sugar, artificial dyes and colors. These cause blood sugar spikes, which can lead to insulin resistance!

These are just 3 things to take out of your diet to be healthier! ðŸ‘Đ‍⚕ïļðŸ˜Š

Do you have insulin resistance??
There are supplements to help with this, but have you changed your diet??
You need to be eating more protein and healthy fats, along with greens! ðŸĨĶ🍗ðŸĨ‘ Avoid carbohydrates and sugars. ðŸĨĻ🍰
Eating repeated starchy and sugar-based foods cause sugar spikes and eventually your body cannot keep up! 😕
Insulin resistance is part of metabolic syndrome and can affect s*x hormone balance!

Do you have thyroid issues???
Here are some ways to improve thyroid health and symptoms!

1. Are you on thyroid medication? Is it combo medication? T3 and T4. If not, I would recommend looking into this!
2. Selenium- this can help keep your thyroid gland itself healthy and lower elevated thyroid antibodies. (Iodine and Zinc can also be very helpful!)
3. Taking a B complex. B vitamins are your energy vitamins and they can help restore energy while the thyroid heals!
4. Avoid gluten, soy and dairy. These things are very inflammatory, especially for your thyroid!

Signs of estrogen dominance....
1. Significant bloating
2. Painful breasts
3. Migraines
4. Insomnia
5. Mood changes

These symptoms are most pronounced in the 4-7 days before your period.
Your body could have difficulty metabolizing hormones correctly or excreting them.

If you are struggling, I encourage having some labs and discussing options to improve symptoms! ðŸ‘Đ‍⚕ïļðŸ˜Š

Did you know that estrogen supports your collagen production, elasticity of skin, and lubrication of joints!
No wonder when women hit perimenopause and menopause they have joint aches, saggy skin, skin aging, and new onset joint pain without injury or cause!
This is why it is important to talk to your provider about this drop in estrogen and seek help for your symptoms! ðŸ‘Đ‍⚕ïļðŸ‘ðŸ˜‰

Anti-inflammatory diet...

Foods to eat- eggs, chicken, beef, fish, avocado, vegetables, berries, rice, and sweet potatoes

Foods to avoid- highly processed, added sugar, seed oils, gluten, dairy and alcohol

This diet doesn't have to be completely restrictive, but eat this general way, and the puffiness and bloat will lessen! ðŸ‘Đ‍⚕ïļ
