3 foods that are NOT good for you!!!
1. Breakfast cereal- sugar, artificial dyes and colors, and processed carbohydrates. Can increase ADHD symptoms!
2. Sweet rolls- sugar, processed carbs, and gluten. Very inflammatory!
3. Skittles- high sugar, artificial dyes and colors. These cause blood sugar spikes, which can lead to insulin resistance!
