Kids Yoga is a fun and supportive way for children to move their bodies, build strength and flexibility, and improve focus and body awareness. Through movement, breathing, and mindful activities, kids learn simple tools to calm their bodies, manage big emotions, and build confidence—all while having fun in a welcoming space.
