Alexander’s Drug Store recently experienced a technical issue with a modem that facilitates connections between our business and various entities, including insurance companies, credit card companies, and our valued customers via our phone system. This incident has presented a challenge for our team in serving you effectively. Following the replacement of the faulty equipment by Comcast, which inadvertently resulted in our being locked out of the router settings, a team of network engineers is scheduled to be on site this Friday, July 25, 2025, to configure the router settings, reinstall firewalls, and ensure the protection of your data. We are committed to diligently restoring all services for our customers. Additionally, we will be implementing a new communication system designed to enhance the efficiency of contacting us.
